What We Provide
Forming/Press Brake (CNC)
Metal forming is one of our specialties at Advanced Fabrication. Here we have two CNC-equipped press brakes that can provide consistent and accurate bends on a wide range of metals. These include but aren’t limited to: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, chro-moly, titanium, and copper. Our press operators are the best in the business and take pride in their work.
Grinding, Polishing, Graining
Before any product leaves the shop, we ensure that the finish is to the customer’s specifications. This can be from deburring to a complete finish such as graining or polishing.
Waterjet Cutting (CNC)
We have two state of the art waterjet cutting tables. These are high precision machines that can cut virtually any type and thickness of material with a tolerance of +/- 0.003″ to 0.005″.
Our two bandsaws are oftentimes the first step in the fabrication process. We can quickly and accurately cut materials such as: tubes, beam, channel, angle iron, all-thread, pipe, and more.
Plate And Sheet Metal Rolling
With a number of CNC and manually operated rolls, we can handle almost any rolling job. Our experts can roll thin guage sheet metal and heavy plate accurately and to specifications required by the customer.
Shearing is a fast and efficient way to trim and sheet metal to a specific size. Our shear can handle materials from 30 gauge up to 1/2″.
At Advanced Fabrication we take pride in our welding capabilities. Whether it be a small prototype job or a high volume production run our shop can handle it. Our AWS (American Welding Society) and ASME (American Society for Mechanical Engineers) certified welders use state-of-the-art equipment and offer our customers exceptional mig and tig welding services.
Cad Modeling (Solidworks, Autocad)
Our highly skilled, in-house design team uses the best software in the business to design and model exactly what the customer needs. We produce detailed models and shop drawings using Solidworks and AutoCAD that illustrate assemblies and their components. Whether it be a simple 2D part or a complex 3D assembly, we can not only design what the client needs, but build it too.
